Last Updated: Apri 11, 2026

Welcome to Online Quran Mentors. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and legal obligations that apply when you access our website, enroll in our courses, or use any of our services. By registering with Online Quran Mentors or participating in our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Introduction and Scope of Services

Online Quran Mentors is an online educational platform dedicated to providing Quran learning services to students of all ages across the world. Our services include Quran reading (Nazra), Tajweed (correct pronunciation), Hifz (memorization), and basic Islamic studies. Classes are conducted through online communication platforms, enabling flexible and accessible learning from home.
We aim to maintain a high standard of teaching and a structured learning experience. However, Online Quran Mentors reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time. This may include changes to class schedules, course content, teaching staff, or the platforms used to deliver lessons.

2. User Registration and Account Responsibility

To access our services, users are required to register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This may include personal details such as your name, email address, contact number, and student-related information necessary for class arrangements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
If the student is a minor, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the student’s participation, supervision, behavior, and adherence to these Terms.

3. Student Conduct and Learning Expectations

Online Quran Mentors is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. Students are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior toward teachers and staff at all times. Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited.
Students should attend classes on time and be prepared for each session. A stable internet connection, a working device, and a quiet environment are essential to ensure effective learning. Consistent attendance and active participation are strongly encouraged to achieve the best educational outcomes.
Failure to follow these expectations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services without refund, depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Fees, Payments, and Billing

All services provided by Online Quran Mentors are subject to fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments must be made in advance according to the selected plan or package.
We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Online Quran Mentors does not store or directly process sensitive financial information such as credit or debit card details.
Failure to make payments on time may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of classes. We reserve the right to update or revise our pricing and payment structure at any time. Any major changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Attendance

Class schedules are arranged based on mutual availability between students and teachers. Once a schedule is agreed upon, students are expected to adhere to it consistently.
If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, prior notice of at least 2 hours is required. This helps us manage teacher availability effectively. Missed classes without proper notice are generally not rescheduled or refunded.
Frequent cancellations, repeated absences, or lack of commitment may lead to discontinuation of services at our discretion.

6. Trial Classes and Refund Policy

We may offer trial classes to new students so they can experience our teaching style and evaluate our services. Trial classes may be free or offered at a reduced fee and are subject to availability.
Refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not provided for partially used packages or missed classes without valid justification. Any concerns or dissatisfaction should be communicated promptly so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Online Quran Mentors, including lesson materials, teaching methods, course structures, and any recordings, is the intellectual property of the academy.
These materials are provided solely for personal educational use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share any content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our materials may result in termination of services and potential legal action.

8. Technology and Service Availability

Our services depend on internet connectivity and third-party platforms. While we strive to provide uninterrupted classes, we cannot guarantee that services will always be free from technical disruptions.
Online Quran Mentors is not responsible for issues arising from internet failures, device malfunctions, software errors, or other technical problems beyond our control. Students are encouraged to ensure they have the necessary technical setup before each session.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Online Quran Mentors, you consent to the collection, use, and protection of your personal information as described in that policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Termination of Services

Online Quran Mentors reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services without prior notice if a user violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in inappropriate behavior.
In such cases, refunds may not be issued, depending on the circumstances.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or operational requirements. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
